Kristy Turner, Front Desk Receptionist, Premier Fertility
Kristy Turner is our front desk receptionist at Premier Fertilities, Greensboro, NC location and has worked with us since 2003. Kristy is responsible for appointment scheduling and tries to accommodate all of our infertile couples. Scheduling is a large part of infertility treatment and she does everything possible to make appointments convenient. She has worked with infertile couples for three years and enjoys helping them through the various fertility tests and treatments.
Kristy is also responsible for phone coverage, and posting of all treatment charges. We pride ourselves on a quick personal phone triage that avoids wasted time on endless voicemail prompts. We focus on personal service delivered by our personnel.
Kristy has many hobbies and outside activities and enjoys spending time with her family.
Lois Solomon (Financial Counselor)
Financial issuesare often one of the most difficult aspects of infertility treatment. Every insurance policy is different and must be examined in detail. Once coverage is known, it is often necessary to submit documentation for “pre approval” of therapies.
Lois Solomon is responsible for helping patients understand treatment costs and working with them to maximize their benefits. She meets with every couple to explain the financial aspects of their treatment and explain various payment options. Her goal is for every couple to understand the financial aspects of treatment before beginning therapy. She interfaces directly with managed care providers to clarify their often confusing language. Lois also helps out with the front desk activities such as phone triage during busy times.
