Robin Arming is our Embryologist/Andrologist, bringing 23 years of laboratory experience to 
Premier Fertility Center. Robin has specialized in assisted reproductive technologies for the last 10 years and began working with Dr. Deaton in 2003.
Robin provides the laboratory services for patients pursuing ovulation induction and assisted reproductive technologies. These services include venipuncture, endocrinology assays, semen analysis, freezing and thawing sperm, and preparation of sperm for intrauterine insemination.
Assisted reproductive technology services include oocyte identification from follicular fluid, ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), culture, accessing, and the assisted hatching of embryos, preparing the embryos for transfer, and their cryopreservation and/or thawing.
A native of Greensboro, Robin received her degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and remains an avid basketball fan. When she isn’t in the lab or at a game, you will probably find her golfing with her husband, playing with Georgie, her “dog-ter”, or working in her flowerbeds.
Robin has “first hand” experience as an infertility patient and understands the difficulties and challenges faced by couples. This infertility path brings a deeper understanding and sensitivity to the needs of her patients. Drawing strength and peace from her work, she considers every success personally rewarding.
